General data protection regulation

We inform that we act according to the GDPR and therefore:

• The personal data is processed in order to the process and the realize orders, the contracts, the reservations and the bookkeeping and tax settlements on the basis of art. 6, point 1, let. b) and f) of GDPR.

• The receivers of the personal data are subject to the processing data upon the personal data administrator’s request, including the subjects supporting agreements, the order, the reservations performance as the technical service, the subject providing an advisory, an auditing, a legal, a tax, marketing advice services and subjects authorized to obtain the data on the basis of the applicable law.
• The data is stored for the time neccessary to realize the purpose, maximum the 11 years from the date of the completion of providing services (data needed to process the order, the agreement, the reservation ), the 6 years (the settlement information), data collected for the marketing purposes, the recruitment until the time of the resignation from receiving information, the announcements.
• The person whose data refers, has the right to the access to his/her data, its correction, removal, limit processing, raise an objection against its processing and make the complaint to the supervisory body.
• Giving data is voluntary, but it is the condition to conclude the agreement, go through the recruitment process, make the reservation. Failure to provide the data prevent from realizing the above-mentioned tasks.
